Scope of Service

Welcome to DrumRemap. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. DrumRemap provides professional MIDI remapping tools and a mapping database designed for music producers and composers.

Account Registration

To access premium features and mapping data, you must register an account with a valid User ID and Email.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of suspicious activity, sharing of credentials, or violation of these terms.

License and Usage

Lifetime License: Upon purchase, DrumRemap grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access our mapping database and software features for your music production needs.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive for maximum precision, MIDI mapping results may vary based on specific sound libraries and software versions. Users are responsible for reviewing the output files. DrumRemap is not liable for technical inaccuracies in the converted MIDI data.

Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access, "harvest," or copy our mapping database.
• Reselling, renting, or sharing your account access with third parties.

User Content and MIDI Files

You retain full ownership and copyright of any original MIDI files you upload to our service.

DrumRemap processes these files solely based on your instructions to generate the desired output. We do not claim any rights or ownership over the music or data produced through the use of our tools.

Payments and Refunds

Transactions: All purchases for the Lifetime License are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted to our mapping database upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Fair Use and Security

To ensure a stable experience for all users and protect our intellectual property, we monitor for excessive or automated use. We reserve the right to limit or block access if we detect usage that exceeds reasonable manual limits or indicates an attempt to "dump" our database.

Limitation of Liability

DrumRemap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, software damage, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time without notice if you violate these terms. You may also stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
